Your model stays exactly as you built it. Walls, openings, furniture and dimensions all hold their place. What a raw model lacks is not geometry; it is atmosphere, depth and light.
What we build is the lighting scenario, the camera set to architectural scale, and the way each material reads under that light.
Software
No conversion needed on your side. Send the export from any of these and we build the scene from it.
Nothing is altered in the model you send. What you show your client is the building you actually drew.
No preset lighting template is applied. Hour, direction and source are chosen per scene, and the space is read through that scenario.
Focal length and height follow the language of architectural presentation, and perspective is corrected. The frame reads as a photograph, not a game screen.
The frame comes at a resolution that carries both presentation and print, so it serves boards, catalogues and screens without a re-render.

Tell us how many frames, which scenes and which hour of day you need. We scope the work and put the price in writing.

Send your model export or the view you already have. No separate conversion is needed; we agree together on the scenes and the viewpoints.
No. The geometry is never touched. Walls, openings, furniture and dimensions stay exactly as you sent them. What we build is only the light, the camera and how materials read under that light.
It depends on the number of frames, how complex the scenes are and which lighting scenario is wanted. Once the work is scoped, we put the schedule in writing.
Two cases apply. If the lighting and composition stay and only the model changes, the frame is re-rendered. If the composition and lighting change completely, it becomes new work.
The price is per frame, and both the lighting scenario and the camera setup are included. The total follows the number of frames and is put in writing in the quote.
